About Filter Service & Testing Corp.

Filter Service & Testing Corp. (FST) is a privately held company located in Price, Utah, U.S.A.  FST primarily manufactures specialty high temperature fiberglass  filters and filter housings including a proprietary liquid cooled filter canister for equipment used in the mining industry.  FST's products meet 30CFR,  Section 72.5-72.502 MSHA compliance regulations for certain applications with respect to diesel particulate removal.  The company also provides filter cleaning service to the power generation industry throughout the Intermountain West.

In 2005, Filter Service & Testing Corp. established a working relationship with Environmental Solutions Worldwide, Inc. (ESW) headquartered in Concord, Ontario, Canada.  ESW manufactures and markets a line of catalytic emission control products and catalytic conversion technologies for diesel, gasoline and alternative fueled engines worldwide.  ESW has developed the "M Cat" Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC), a proprietary wire mess substrate and high performance catalyst coating to achieve Particulate Matter(PM)  and Carbon Monoxide (CO) reductions from diesel powered mining equipment.

Filter Service & Testing Corp.  together with ESW have integrated the "M Cat" and the FST Cool Canister & Disposable Filter to create the "Terra-Cat" system designed to lower exhaust gas temperatures below 650F, while reducing Particulate Matter (PM) and Carbon Monoxide (CO) emmissions. 

Field Test are currently being conducted by MSHA and Private Industry.
